Bought just over a year ago, these bar stools have deteriorated quickly and looking shabby. The upholstery is fraying and splitting, the screw fittings are showing through the seats and they make a lot of noise when turning in them or raising and lowering. Customer service response was to offer a discount to re-purchase. Very poor quality product.

These stools are just what we wanted, slightly padded with low back, they swivel, have foot rest and are height adjustable. Delivery was very prompt although our request for them not to be left if we were not home was not given to the delivery firm.
