Very impressed with your service and quality of product. Unfortunately one of the bar stools we ordered had a split in the wood in one of the legs, however your service and replacement team were very professional and sorted the issue out alongside regular communication about where the situation was at, without me having to chase up. Once it was determined just the leg couldn't be replaced I received a replacement stool. As I said very impressed with the service and communication. Thank you to Kathy and the team. Oh and loving the stools! Just right for what we required.

Great love them. Sturdy & comfortable. Only thing disappointing was the Carmel plugs for the screw holes. Would of been good if they were white.
